Step-by-step
Step 1
For this journal idea, you'll need some edding 1200 colour pens in your favourite colours and an edding 1800 profipen in black. We've also created a template that you can download and print to get you started.
Step 2
If the pages of your journal are fairly thin, you can simply place the template under a page and trace it into your journal using a pencil. You can then go over the grid and lettering using your black profipen.
Step 3
Next, select your favourite edding 1200 colour pens and work out which colours you want to use to highlight your goals. For instance, you might choose to highlight more than five hours' digital-free time in pink, etc.
Step 4
You can then use your chosen colours to record how you get on each day, for example how many hours you managed without checking your smartphone. This time spent colouring in using your favourite pastel shades is sure to boost your mood!
