You can see everything you need in our photo. For the decoration, we used the edding 751 gloss paint marker in white. Print the template and scale it to the right size (on your PC or using a photocopier). Next, cut around your design, leaving a little room to spare.
First, activate the gloss paint markers as follows: shake the marker well with the cap still on, remove the cap and prime the maker by pumping a few times on a piece of absorbent paper until ink appears in the nib. After use, always put the cap back on securely and store horizontally. Use sticky tape to attach your motif to the bottle and then transfer the outer points of the motif onto the bottle. This will help you navigate your way around the curved surface when you’re designing your bottle.
Once you’ve removed your template, you can add extra touches to your design by hand, line by line. Start with the main axes and paint, dot by dot. For glass vessels with a wide opening (such as a lantern), you can place the template inside and stick it to the glass and then simply transfer to the outside using a marker.
You will end up with your own unique, permanent, wipe-resistant design. After use, it’s best to carefully wash only the inside of the vessel so that the design lasts longer.
