Step-by-step

Step 1
First, download the “Mood Tracker Valentine's” template and print it out. The edding 1300 colour pen comes in 40 different shades, so pick out your favourites. You’ll need the edding 1800 profipen to trace the outlines of the motif in the bullet journal and to highlight individual areas.

Step 2
We recommend you copy the motif into your bullet journal with the aid of carbon paper. By doing so, all the sections and dates will be clearly visible, so you’ll only need to go over them with the profipen. You can also add decorative highlights to the title using the fineliner.

Step 3
For different moods - such as tiredness, excitement, happiness, creativity or boredom - you can decide on individual colours and note them down at the bottom of the page, for example. Using an edding 1300 colour pen, you can then colour in the sleeves or the hand in whatever way you wish.

Step 4
You can capture your feelings on a daily basis with a suitable colour, gradually building up a beautiful picture with lots of colourful heart-shaped balloons.
