Step-by-step
Step 1
All the materials you will need are clearly laid out in the photo below. You will need the edding 15 Funtastics fibre pens for children with a fine tip or edding 1200 colour pens. Just pick your favourite shades.
Step 2
First, place your child’s hand onto a sheet of paper with their fingers spread out and trace around the outline of their hand.
Step 3
Using a pair of sharp scissors, help your child to cut out the outline of their hand, removing the middle finger as you won’t need it for the shape of your bunny.
Step 4
Now the bunny can be coloured in however you fancy. To make the bunny shape really clear, it’s best to mark the point where the head and body meet by drawing a curved line.
Step 5
You can design your bunny in all kinds of different colours, using a checked pattern or just one colour – whatever you prefer!
Step 6
Turn your bunny over and attach the tie to the undecorated side using an adhesive strip. In our example, we’ve also threaded on a few wooden beads.
Step 7
Continue until you’ve created a cheerful array of bunnies – a fun pastime for all the family.
