Schritt für Schritt
To make your teepee party invitations you’ll need a selection of edding 1200 colour pens in suitable colours of your choice. You can see all the materials you need at a glance in our photo. Cut the coloured paper in half to make A5-sized sheets.
Start by printing out several copies of the folding template to make the Indian tents, then cut out all the sections. You only need one teepee to use as a template, but each card will need its own set of narrow white strips.
Placing the teepee template on the coloured paper of your choice, draw round the sections in pencil and cut them out. Don’t forget to transfer the two fold lines as well, to aid folding later on.
Next, glue the curved strips onto the teepee, placing the wide one at the bottom and the narrow one near the tip.
Now turn the paper over so that the white strips are underneath. Fold the sides of the paper to the front at the two positions marked. You should now have a teepee that opens and closes. Next, use the edding 1200 colour pens to decorate the little wigwam with your own patterns. In our example we only decorated the white strips, but of course you can colour in as much as you wish.
To finish, stick the teepee centrally onto the card and attach a feather at the top. With their fine nib, edding 1200 colour pens are also ideal for writing your message on the invitation.
