Step-by-step
Step 1
You can see everything you need at a glance in our photo. In our example, we used the edding 751 gloss paint marker in pink metallic. Download the music sheets and print them out; there are 4 pages in total, with 3 sections on each.
Step 2
Using scissors, cut out the sections of music you want to use for your garland and trim away the white edge.
Step 3
Before using a gloss paint marker, you need to activate it: Shake the marker vigorously with the cap on, then remove the cap, place the nib on absorbent paper and pump it up and down gently a few times until ink appears in the nib. Now you’re ready to get started. (And don’t forget to always store the marker horizontally after use).
Step 4
The individual letters for the phrase “OH HAPPY TIME” are already printed on the template, so all you have to do is go over them with the gloss paint marker and colour them in. If the pen nib occasionally releases too little ink, shake the marker again and pump it gently.
Step 5
Punch holes in the flags in the top left and top right corners.
Step 6
Finally, thread the ribbon through the holes to make up the words and hang up your bunting to make a wall display.
