Step 1
If you would like to sew your own fabric storage basket, you can follow these instructions. It’s best to wash and dry the fabric or ready-made basket beforehand as this helps the ink adhere better.
Step 2
You can make a stencil for the letters or draw freehand. Position the template, with the carbon paper underneath, on the fabric and transfer the outlines using the ballpoint pen. When you’ve done this, you’ll see faint lines on the fabric; draw over these with the textile marker and colour them in. Experiment with a few different styles until you find the one you like best. To set the design, iron your fabric bag on the no steam setting.
