Step-by-step

Step 1

To spray your wooden stool, you will need edding 5200 permanent spray in a colour of your choice. In our example, we used Neon Pink (969) and Mellow Mint (928). Before you start spraying, cover your work surface well with film or paper. In our Permanent Spray Basics guide, we offer important tips on how to create the perfect finish. In this photo, you can see how to remove the safety ring from the spray can.

Step 2

First, spray the top part of the seat. We recommend spraying from about 25 cm away as this is the optimum distance when applying spray paint. Don’t forget the edges - make sure you cover them well with acrylic paint, too. Next, leave everything to dry thoroughly.

Step 3

It’s now time to spray the frame. How about Mellow Mint? First, cover the seat well with film and secure it firmly. You can now apply spray paint in Mellow Mint.
