Krok po kroku
Krok 1
Before you start to spray paint metal, the item – e.g. a rusty bike stand – must be rubbed down with sandpaper. Before painting, it must be clean, dry and free from traces of grease or rust. For even better adhesion, an enhanced sheen and protection against rust, you can apply a coat of edding Universal Primer.
Krok 2
Now apply the paint in your chosen colour from the edding Permanent Spray range. Hold the can at a distance of 25 cm to achieve an even finish. Even those hard-to-reach corners and edges are simple with an edding spray can! Leave the paint until thoroughly dry.
Krok 3
For extra protection, spray the item afterwards with edding Clear Lacquer (matt or glossy), using the same technique as you would for colour painting. After approx. 24 hours, the clear lacquer will be completely dry and your rusty old item will have become a shiny new treasure!
