
edding Group: Family company launches new group brand
The introduction of the overarching group brand aims to communicate the profit-for strategy even more jointly and also to convey it visually to the outside world via the edding Group umbrella brand. In this way, synergies can be used to increase brand awareness.
Brand design developed by Berlin agency LIT
The new, uniform brand design of the edding Group, which was developed by the Berlin agency LIT Create GmbH and is being introduced step by step, guarantees a consistent and recognizable appearance. The edding Group logo uses the well-known iconography of the edding product brand. At the same time, the new brand appearance reflects the progressive orientation of the entire group: the edding Group strives for a regenerative way of doing business. As a holistic partner for marking and collaboration solutions, the aim is to align one’s own actions with the well-being of people and the planet first and be economical at the same time.
"With the new group presence, we are uniting our strong brands under one roof. This enables us to have uniform corporate communications across all brands in order to strengthen our shared vision and the identity of our brand family as the edding Group," adds Per Ledermann, CEO of the family-run company.
First edding Group appearance at education fair in Utrecht
The joint appearance of all three brands under the umbrella of the edding Group will be presented for the first time in January at the education fair The Nationale Onderwijstentoonstelling (NOT) in Utrecht and in February at didacta in Stuttgart. These trade fairs offer the ideal platform to present the innovative strength and diverse product solutions of the edding Group in the new look and feel to a broad audience.

edding: Known for its permanent markers, the range of the edding product brand includes markers and writing instruments for home, office and industrial use as well as products for implementing creative ideas. edding easycheck, an innovative digital driver's license check, complements the portfolio.
Legamaster: Legamaster develops and sells products in the field of visual communication that lead to more interaction, creativity and productivity in collaboration. The range includes classic products such as flipcharts and whiteboards, but also electronic solutions such as interactive e-screens.
Playroom: The Playroom brand, which has been part of edding since 2021, offers innovative concepts to promote the culture of innovation for companies and organizations.
