Step-by-step
Step 1
Take a sheet of coloured paper and decorate the front and back using the metallic edding 2185 gel roller and edding 1200 metallic colourpen.
Step 2
Transfer your petal template onto the tracing paper. On the back, trace around the outline using the edding 4095 chalk marker in white. Now place the tracing paper with the chalk line underneath onto your piece of coloured paper and go over the outline with a pencil – you'll see a faint chalk mark appear on the coloured paper.
Step 3
To make one flower you'll need to cut out three petals; any remaining chalk lines can be rubbed off easily. Now take the cutter and cut a mini cross in the centre of the petals.
Step 4
Attach a piece of masking tape to the wire roughly 5 mm from the top of the wire. This sticky tape will ensure that the paper flower doesn't slip down. Next, place the 3 petals onto the wire and bend slightly.
Step 5
Finally, add a drop of glue to the hole in the bead and attach to the wire. This will stop the petals coming away from the wire. And now your paper flower is ready!
