Step-by-step

Step 1

Prime the bowl with the acrylic spray as per the paint manufacturer's instructions and leave to dry. Sketch out our decorative heart pattern, or simply draw your own design freehand in pencil. You're welcome to use our templates to get the results you want.

Step 2

Draw the heart pattern with the edding 1455 calligraphy marker. Thanks to its flexible nib, the very thin outer lines of the hearts are easy to navigate. The wooden bowl is now finished! Use your beautifully decorated bowl as a feature any way you want.
