Personalise your smartphone case

Is your plain old smartphone case a bit on the dull side? The solution: grab some edding X multi markers and create your own favourite design! The vibrant colours will adhere to virtually any object and are also ideal for silicone or plastic phone cases. How about designing a Uno reverse card? Step-by-step

Step 1

In our example we’ve used X multi markers in black and white. Just pick the colours you want to match your smartphone case. We’ve got a template featuring the Uno reverse card available for you to download.

Step 2

Before you get started, you’ll need to activate your X multi markers. Shake the marker with the cap still on until you can hear the mixing ball rattling inside. Next, gently pump the tip up and down until ink appears in the nib. Try out your marker on a piece of paper. First, use the white X multi marker to draw the outline of the reverse card.

Step 3

You can now add the arrows and other details featured in the design. Allow the white ink to dry thoroughly before using the black marker to prevent the colours from running (something you do not want). Go round the arrows once more with the black marker to emphasise them.
