Step-by-step

Step 1
Draw a faint circle on the paper the same size as the glass jewels. The best way to do this is to place a blank glass cabochon or setting directly onto the paper and draw round it. Use the edding 1800 fineliner to draw your chosen motif inside the circle.

Step 2
Coat the base of the cabochon with glue and press it onto the motif in exactly the right position, making sure that no bubbles are trapped. Leave until completely dry.

Step 3
Cut round the glass jewel and glue it into the metal setting. And there – your piece of jewellery is finished!
