Make your own unicorn memo board

When there's homework to be done, this mini craft idea will cheer you up in next to no time. It couldn’t be easier: these little unicorn memo holders are made out of empty toilet rolls tubes and decorated in bright colours using highlighter pens. Simply add a paper clip to each one, stick it on the wall above your desk and - hey presto - your mini memo board is ready. And if you go for the edding EcoLine markers, you'll also be doing the environment a favour, because this pen series is manufactured almost exclusively from renewable resources or recycled material.

Step 1

For this idea you'll need a set of edding 24 EcoLine highlighters and a black edding 25 EcoLine permanent marker. First, cut off a section of the cardboard tube to make it a little shorter. Use the cardboard offcut to cut out the horn and ears, and then glue them on in the relevant places. Now grab the highlighters and decorate the unicorns to your heart's content. The black permanent marker is great for all fine drawing, such as the eyes, mouth and any other details you want.
