Step 1
We recommend that you wash out any fabric finish from the tea towels before you start decorating. Leave until dry. Think up a nice motif and use the permanent marker to sketch it out on card or thick paper. Let your ideas flow freely and create your patterns however you wish. Alternatively, use the our template "trailing leaves" from our website.
Step 2
Place your template underneath the cloth so the motif shows through as this makes it easy to trace. Using the textile marker, go over the motif and colour it in. To set the design, iron the tea towel on the no steam setting.
