Step 1
You can see everything you need for this project in this photo. Download the template and place it in position. In our example, we’ve chosen to use a black edding 400 permanent marker along with some edding 7 mini highlighters in pastel shades. To make your buffet food labels, cut the paper to the desired size and fold each buffet card in half.

Step 2
Select a design from the template and trace it onto the paper using a pencil. Next, go over it again using your permanent marker. The nut design shown here represents foods containing extra protein - you can make this even clearer for your guests by adding the word “Protein” underneath.

Step 3
Repeat the same process for the other items in your superfood buffet by creating labels for berries, fruits and other ingredients and by highlighting the important nutrients they contain. For added effect, finish off your designs using the mini highlighters.

Step 4
Finally, set out your buffet and invite your guests to enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast!
