The new glass marker – always at the ready for bright ideas

It's the new style trend: modern offices, flooded with daylight, featuring lots of glass surfaces. Glass walls in the office and at home not only provide transparency, they also make ideal writing surfaces for visualisation, notes and all kinds of messages. That’s why edding has developed a new glass marker specifically for this type of use.

Its ink is opaque, luminous and can be dry-wiped without leaving a trace. What makes these markers really practical is the fact that they can be used at once, without the hassle of having to activate them, allowing thoughts and ideas to be recorded right there and then.

Attaching notes to pinboards or capturing brainstorming sessions on traditional communication media such as whiteboards and flipcharts - this all used to be part and parcel of daily office life. Today, however, glass surfaces represent another solution, offering a high degree of transparency and enabling completely new ways of working. Even decorative glassboards are increasingly finding their way into everyday office life. With the right kind of marker, notes, mind maps and the results of brainstorming sessions can easily be written on glass surfaces, where they can be visualised and worked on in groups. In fact, ease of use on glass surfaces is precisely what the new edding 95 glass marker was designed for.

Glass surfaces can be found in the home environment, too; in a home office, for instance, they make ideal projection surfaces for noting down flashes of inspiration and all kinds of notes. This premium marker is ultra-bright, opaque and ready for use in an instant. There’s no need to activate the marker beforehand – simply take off the cap and get writing. With its opaque, brilliant ink, the marker is also ideally suited to dark and coloured glassboards, and even works well on most whiteboards.  Once a meeting has finished, all the notes can simply be dry-wiped clean.

The edding 95 glass marker is available in six vibrant colours: black, white, yellow, light blue, pink and orange. Three of the colours – pink, yellow and orange – are fluorescent under UV light. The glass markers are available in various assorted sets of four or six, either individually in a blister pack or in folding boxes.
