Salt dough stars

A beautiful decorative idea for Christmas

Many of us will remember making salt dough models as a child - a real craft classic that never seems to go out of fashion. Salt dough is really easy to make. What’s more, it doesn’t cost much either. The dough is a non-toxic modelling clay from which you can craft all kinds of decorative items and little ornaments. For our Christmas hanging decorations, we rolled out the dough and cut out stars from it. Once dry, the stars can be decorated to your heart’s content using acrylic markers. The set of 5 medium acrylic markers in festive colours provides a wonderful choice of shades for the decoration.
