Recycle old jeans

Bowled over by edding permanent spray and upcycled denim

If you have some kitchen bowls lying around you’re going to discard and a pair of old denim jeans you no longer wear, it would be a waste to throw them away because we have some fabulous upcycling ideas for you – like this denim bowl, which would make a trendy decoration for your living room. We show you step by step how to make this upcycled decorative bowl. First of all, cover it all over with denim and give it a layer of fabric stiffener. Next, spray it with edding Permanent Spray in the colours and design of your choice. You can work with more than one colour by simply covering up individual areas with masking film. Our inspiration for this upcycling idea came from nature, so we selected the new spray shade vibrant amber, with its lovely warm yellow tone, and combined it with pastel yellow.
