It’s sushi o’clock!

Hand-painted plates to make your sushi even tastier

Sushi is a culinary masterpiece that’s become increasingly popular the world over. It’s normally served on plain white porcelain plates, which makes a wonderful contrast with the bright colours of the sushi. You can add a personal touch to your own sushi plates using edding porcelain brush pens – like this example which shows a subtle inscription around the edge. We chose a black-and-white design with subtle colour highlights. If, however, you prefer something brighter, there are 15 carefully co-ordinated colours for you to choose from. With its creamy application, the special ink produces an even colour result. When you’ve finished painting, allow the ink to dry for a short while before baking it in a pre-heated oven. Your design will then be dishwasher-safe.
