You can see everything you need at a glance in this photo. First of all, remove the label and give the can a thorough clean. For the spraying, you'll need edding 5200 permanent spray cans in the colours of your choice. In our example, we used white and neon green.
Cover your work surface well with masking film or paper before you spray. Once you've finished preparing, start with a coat of white spray paint. As you can see in this photo, it makes the perfect undercoat for any of our dazzling neon colours. We recommend spraying at a distance of 25 cm, using horizontal and vertical strokes to ensure a more even coverage. Our Spray Basics section gives you handy tips for the perfect spraying technique.
Once it has dried, spray on the neon green paint. Try not to spray too long in one spot. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly.
Now you're nearly done. Take 3 of the small wooden sticks for the feet and use the hot glue gun to stick them on. If you want, you can also paint these in matching colours.
Should you wish to decorate the pots in two or more colours, mask the area that you don't want painted, then spray the exposed section. Once everything's completely dry, continue in the same way with the other section(s).
