Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

1. How can I participate?
   You can join by uploading your Festive Drawing via https://www.edding.com/en-uk/xmas/participate/ or using the hashtag: #eddingfestivemoments on social media.
2. When can I take part?
   The Festive Drawing Weeks take place from 1st November 2023 to 07th January 2024. Submissions sent in before the 1st November 2023 or after the 07th January 2024 are not eligible for prize.
3. Is there a limit on number of submissions?
   You can submit as many different Festive Drawings as you like, but can only win one prize per person with the same name and address.
4. Which social media platforms can I participate on?
   You can participate via your own Facebook or Instagram account. Ensure your account is set to "public," and include the hashtag #eddingfestivemoments in your post, along with tagging edding_uk.

   Settings and privacy > Settings > Privacy settings > "Who can see your future messages? > Choose here the option "everyone"
   Of course you can adjust your settings after the announcement of the prize winners, if you wish.
   
   Instagram
   Settings > Privacy and security > Account privacy > Choose Private account "off" here
   Of course you can adjust your settings after the announcement of the prize winners, if you wish.
5. I do not use Facebook or Instagram. How can I participate?
   Your Festive Drawing will then be added to the Xmas Expo and Upload your Festive Drawings via www.edding.com/en-uk/xmas/participate/. Your Festive Drawing will then be added to the Xmas Expo and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
6. How will you use my entry?
   By uploading a photo and/or text, a participant gives edding the right to use the entry for advertising purposes without any compensation.

   You have a chance to win some amazing edding prizes.
9. How and when will the winners be announced?
   The names of the winners will be announced via social media and the edding newsletter after the campaign ends (1st November 2023 to 07th January 2024).You can sign up for our newsletter here.
10. Where do I buy edding markers?
    The edding has the right edding marker for each surface. Click here to find your local stockists.
11. Where can I find inspiration?
    On this website you will find a number of free downloadable templates. You can also take a look at edding's Pinterest page. You will also find an overview of other participants' entries on this website.
