Upcycling idea: shelving made from crates

Eye-catching shelves with a wow factor!

All it takes to transform a few empty drinks crates and shelf boards into a unique designer piece is edding permanent spray in neon shades. The vivid colours are real attention-grabbers and will turn a simple set of shelves into quite a showpiece for your home. You can choose between neon orange, neon pink and neon green. First of all, you need to apply a primer to the crates. Next, customise them using spray paint in your very own choice of colours and patterns. Acrylic sprays offer the huge advantage that they can reach right into those awkward corners and around tricky edges without any problem.
