Make your own jewellery

Use the cabochon technique to make handmade jewellery

Handmade jewellery is really personal and unique. And with the cabochon technique you can become a designer just like that, even if you're a beginner, because cabochon accessories are really easy to turn into rings, pendants and bracelets. Start by drawing some dainty designs on paper with the aid of the extremely fine nib of the edding 1800 fineliner, then glue the paper between the glass cabochon and the setting. To add detailed drawings and patterns to dark paper, the edding 2185 gel roller is the perfect choice. Metallic shades such as silver and gold give a really lovely shine ˗ so just let your imagination run free!
