Easy wall decorating idea

It’s really easy to decorate an interior wall. Graphic patterns and understated colours can be used to turn it into a feature wall that showcases your own trademark style. Our unique decoration is simple to replicate – all you need are some breakfast bowls and dining plates in different sizes plus the right edding markers for drawing round them. Simply hold the plate firmly against the wall and draw round it using an edding 1455 calligraphy marker. Producing a rich colour, this marker features a highly flexible nib. By the way, the shade of blue used in our example is a perfect match for “Classic Blue”, the Colour of the Year for 2020. The five subtle shades available in this range go perfectly with a wide array of wall décors and interior colour schemes. The ink is quick-drying and lightfast, so you’ll be able to enjoy your new wall design for a long to come.

Step 2

It’s best to start with the larger plate or bowl; press it firmly against the wall and draw round it using the calligraphy marker. Continue to create your pattern of circles any way you like. To add to your design, follow the same steps using the smaller plate or bowl.
