Even little things can have a positive effect – having a luxurious bath, for example, or listening to music, enjoying a nice cup of tea, dancing, yoga, meditating, and so on. To ensure you don’t lose sight of those positive moments (however short they may be) you can list them in your bullet journal so that they’re always there to remind you. Step-by-step

Step 1

The edding 1200 metallic is available in six gleaming metallic colours. For hand-written elements and finer details, you’ll need an edding 1800 profipen. First, print out the template as required.

Step 2

Our template is particularly easy to use. If the pages in your bullet journal are relatively see-through, place the template underneath and simply trace over the motifs in pencil. Otherwise, place the template next to your journal and copy everything across by eye. Obviously, you can also come up with your own page spread, sketching it out lightly in pencil first.
