Step-by-step
Step 1
First, select an attractive mandala motif. Next, use the carbon paper to transfer the pattern onto the drawing paper. Place the carbon paper between the template and the drawing paper and transfer the pattern by tracing over it with the pencil. You will now see the pattern as faint yellow lines against the dark background. Colour in the mandala with the Pastel Pen – Soft White. The pen is ready to use immediately and contains semi-transparent ink.
Step 2
Hints and tips: The Pastel Pen – Soft White can also be combined with colourful edding fibre pens (e.g. the edding 1340 brushpen) to create lovely effects such as delicate pastel tones. All you have to do is use the Pastel Pen to draw over the area you previously coloured with brushpens or fibre pens. A vibrant pink can be transformed into a rosé pink which, in turn, can be made even lighter by repeatedly applying the Pastel Pen until you achieve the colour you want.
Step 3
If you want a more intense white, let the ink dry and reapply the Pastel Pen one or more times to the area of delicate white. This method gives your picture lots of different nuances of white.
