Invitation to a brunch party

Make your own decorative bunting

What better way to start the day than to host a cosy brunch? Of course, you’ll want to ensure that everything goes smoothly, so a fair amount of advance planning will be needed. As well as selecting suitable food and drinks for the buffet, you could also add some pretty decorations. A great way to whet your guests’ appetites for the buffet is to display bunting or mini chalkboards with a suitable message that you’ve written yourself in attractive lettering. The boards are easy to decorate and write on when you use the ultra-fine edding 4085 chalk marker by Securit. It’s also great fun choosing from the amazing range of vibrant colours – there are 20 in total, including pastel and metallic shades. Filled with liquid chalk, these markers are specially formulated for use on all non-porous surfaces such as glass, mirrors and chalkboards. And thanks to the very fine nib, lettering on even the smallest of spaces is easy to read. The bunting can usually be decorated on both sides and can be used again and again, as the ink is easy to wipe off with a damp cloth.
