It’s easy to revamp your kitchen units simply by adding fresh colours. With little effort, for example, you can create a new look just by painting the doorknobs on your kitchen cupboards in a fantastic new shade. You’ll be amazed at how effective such a minor change can be. Use edding permanent spray to repaint cabinet doorknobs and larger handles without any fuss. The acrylic spray paint comes in more than 35 different shades and has excellent coverage. It also dries quickly and is perfect for decorating all manner of different items.

Step-by-step

Step 1

You can see everything you need in this picture. For spraying you’ll need edding 5200 permanent spray in a colour of your choice. In our example, we used gentian blue (903).

Step 2

First, unscrew the knob or handle from the drawer or cupboard door.

Step 3

Before you start spraying, carefully cover your work area with film or paper. Check out our Spray Basics section for a selection of handy tips on how to achieve the perfect spraying technique. We recommend spraying at a distance of around 25 cm. This will allow you to achieve an even finish without spraying in the same spot for too long. Once you’ve finished, let everything dry thoroughly.
