Step-by-step

Step 1
You can see everything you need in this picture. For spraying you’ll need edding 5200 permanent spray in a colour of your choice. In our example, we used gentian blue (903).

Step 2
First, unscrew the knob or handle from the drawer or cupboard door.

Step 3
Before you start spraying, carefully cover your work area with film or paper. Check out our Spray Basics section for a selection of handy tips on how to achieve the perfect spraying technique. We recommend spraying at a distance of around 25 cm. This will allow you to achieve an even finish without spraying in the same spot for too long. Once you’ve finished, let everything dry thoroughly.

Step 4
You can screw the handles back on when the paint is touch-dry.

Step 5
Vibrant orange, for example, will look really striking on your kitchen units.
