Schritt für Schritt
In our example, we used gel rollers in black (colour code 001), gold (053), blue metallic (073), green metallic (074), violet metallic (078), pink metallic (079) and copper (055). Decide on your page layout and sketch it out in pencil first. We opted for bullet points in the form of little boxes which you can tick off once you’ve completed each point. The days of the week should be marked clearly, for example by placing them inside a frame, to give you a better overview.
Simple illustrations can be used to show a whole host of different activities. For example, you could draw a cake if you’re planning to make a birthday cake, or little cups to show when it’s time for a coffee break. The next step is to go over your pencil lines in colour using the edding gel rollers and add more entries to your to-do list. If you use a different colour for each day, this will make the planner really easy to read.
You can personalise your design with borders, decorative touches and small doodles. Look on our website under “Templates – Sketchnotes”, where we offer a variety of templates that may be useful to you.
Go for some interesting touches and give your bullet journal a bit more pizzazz by using the gel rollers to shade in the headings with cross-hatching or highlight them with bold outlines.
