We would like to fill this position as soon as possible to strengthen the team at the Ahrensburg site.

Your role:

  • To develop and optimise the product range for which you will be responsible (emphasis: markers, writing instruments, correction pens) for the Latin American and South Eastern European markets
  • To plan and implement international marketing concepts for the above markets in close cooperation with local on site marketing departments
  • To monitor product development and analyse, design and implement product launches in close cooperation with local marketing departments
  • To monitor the success of marketing campaigns and monitor markets and trends on an on-going basis in close cooperation with local marketing departments
  • To monitor sales, turnover and budget figures
  • To prepare and conduct product training sessions and presentations in German and English and ideally also in at least one of the local languages (Spanish, Turkish or Greek)
  • You will report directly to the Vice President of International Marketing

• Your profile:
•  
  • International Business Management qualification with emphasis on marketing or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2-3 years' work experience, ideally as a product manager or Junior PM for branded products
  • Enthusiastic about writing implements
  • Experience in coordinating and implementing international marketing concepts
  • Project experience and excellent analytical skills
  • Experience of cultural and economic environment in Latin America and/or South Eastern Europe, ideally through an extended period of residence in the respective area
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Turkish, Greek
  • You will be a sociable and outgoing person, work well in a team and be customer and service orientated in your approach
  • You will be a positive thinker, used to working independently and also to 'grabbing the bull by the horns'
