Your role:

  • You will be responsible for designing, managing and evaluating all product-related international marketing activities within the context of the brand management guidelines
  • In particular you will head up product management work in the development of international marketing and product concepts 
  • You will be responsible for medium-term portfolio management and development
  • You will be responsible for activities within the context of the marketing department's 4Ps with special emphasis on optimum POS support in various channels
  • You will manage and assess the local implementation of marketing concepts in the local markets via the local marketing departments in the subsidiary companies
  • You will lead a team of colleagues from product management, market research, packaging management, product development and marketing services  
  • You will report directly to the management of edding International GmbH
  • You will work closely on the development and implementation of activities with Brand Management and International Sales and Marketing

Your profile:

•  
  • You will have many years experience in developing and managing the international marketing activities of a brand company (consumer goods)  
  • You will be familiar with the requirements of retailers operating in end consumer channels of various formats (specialist shops, food, DIY, mail order etc.) in particular in the area of sales optimisation at the point of sale
  • In addition to experience in product development you will also have a clear focus on implementation
  • You will have a highly analytical approach to your work and extensive project experience
  • Your management style will be collaborative and be focussed on development
  • You will be process-orientated and have experience in the optimisation of interfaces 
  • You will have a good command of written and spoken English
  • You will have a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
