From 10th to 12th April, digital content creators - including bloggers, YouTubers and other creative types - came together in Berlin at “The Hive”, Europe’s largest blogger conference. edding held a creative workshop for both experienced DIY enthusiasts and beginners alike, offering them the opportunity to work with edding products and create special mementos of “The Hive 2015”.
On the agenda for workshop participants was a unique experience in the art of spraying: using products in the edding 5200 Permanent Spray range, they sprayed coffee tins and tea caddies to create individual designs. In addition, with the aid of edding’s new porcelain brushpens, participants also had the chance to add decorative touches to matching porcelain travel mugs, adding whatever designs they fancied. Their creativity knew no bounds – thanks to the flexible brush tip of the edding 4200 porcelain brushpen, both really fine and broad-brush strokes are possible.
One particular highlight of the event was “The Hive Pink-Carpet-Wall”, powered by edding: the logo for “The Hive” had been recreated from around 8,000 ribbed edding marker caps and proved a popular photographic subject. In true edding style, bloggers had the chance to immortalise themselves by writing on the wall with an edding 3000.
